But we understand things don't always go to plan when shopping online, so if you're not completely happy with your purchase, please read our returns policy and conditions carefully to make sure you're eligible to return. All eligible returns are accepted for store credit in the form of a gift card.
Please note the returns process for your location to ensure the return is processed promptly and correctly.
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, in new and unused condition with all original labels/tags attached for a gift card.
- The gift card is valid for 12 months.
- Items must be unaltered, undamaged, and unwashed, while in the customer’s possession.
- Free from any markings, make-up, self-tanner, odours, pet hair, perfumes, deodorant and washing powder.
- We recommend that you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item via post as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
- Items listed final clearance cannot be returned for a gift card.
- For health reasons and personal hygiene, swimwear, underwear, activewear, bodysuits, bracelets, earrings and are not eligible for return.
- Shoes must be tried on indoors.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
- Simply download and complete the return form (found here) and email it through to email@example.com
- Once you receive a return reference number back from us, please note it on the returns form and pack it in with the items you are returning
- Feel free to repack your items back in the original packaging
- Attach your return shipping label to the outside of your package
- Drop off your return at your local post office or courier and make sure to get a tracking number
- Once your return is collected, it will take 3 - 6 days for your gift card to be processed *Please note the original shipping costs are non-refundable and gift cards are valid for 12 months*
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
We quality check all garments before dispatch to make sure you have a great experience when you receive your items. If for any chance you receive a faulty item, we sincerely apologise. We are committed to refunding faulty or damaged products.
Please email your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org with photographic evidence within 5 days of receiving goods, and we will be in-touch within 1-2 business days to resolve this issue. All garments must be returned within 14 business days as per our returns policy.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to refund items once they have been washed or worn. General wear and natural fading may occur over time and are not the responsibility of SOMAIA COLLECTIVE.
PARCELS LOST IN TRANSIT
You can use the information provided in your shipping confirmation email to track your order. If you believe your order has been lost in transit, we recommend contacting Shippit directly to resolve the issue.
Although all parcels are the responsibility of the courier once they have left our distribution centre, we are happy to offer a gift card for any orders lost in transit. The gift card will be issued to the purchase value of the items included in the order and will be granted upon proof of the missing parcel. Any postage charges or shipping fees will not be included in the gift card.

Need to swap an item or size? To ensure you don’t miss out, we recommend creating a new purchase for the item you want and returning the other. We do not offer traditional exchanges online, however, we can offer a gift card.
